It wasn't a dispute. Muslim community wanted to stop hindu festival celebration because they were celebration of sins and Muslims were majority in that area.

That is not entirely true. Yes dispute has been there from 1951 onwards but one section has objected from 2012

Its common phenomena on ICF as well , as long as it's Jihadis on recieving end these pseudo seculars gets activated. However they never participate in discussion like above or bengal killing or any other communities getting oppressed.

What is the problem here. Hc seems to have given a ruling to ensure hindu festival happens there. And there is no religious intolerance? What am I missing? 

 

There shall be a direction to the authorities to permit the Hindus to conduct two processions on the first and second day of the village temple festival

 Even if facinated ,why not use US cow dung .Jersey cows are much revered  in India.
