What the hell are these commentators talking about. That 4 delivery was a bad ball by Ishant. 2 feet outside the stumps. 
 

Crawley got out to Axar because you don’t go down the pitch every ball. Axar slowly kept pulling the ball slightly shorter every delivery (very clever bowling) because Crawley was premeditating his stepping out, to the point that Crawley converted a short delivery into a perfect length delivery.
