sage Posted June 22, 2021 Posted June 22, 2021 Rohit is currently averaging 51 (34 + 17*) in the WTC final, the highest for an Indian batsman this match. However its not just the runs that leads me to think this, it is the ease in which he is batting. It feels like he is on a local maidan with not a worry in the world while some others in our team (who i shall not name) scratch and toil for so much less. Not only is his batting so majestic, sending fear into the Kiwi's spine as long as he is out there, but his catching is par excellence oh what a comforting sight to see it was seeing the great athlete dive to his right Kothili, Adamant, Norman and 2 others 4 1
zen Posted June 22, 2021 Posted June 22, 2021 Disappointed with the title as the thread by a Rohit fan ... it should be world's

This is no "slight" performance we are witnessing
sage Posted June 22, 2021 Author Posted June 22, 2021 There were people in this forum saying he will fold for single digits in england. On the contrary, he has looked most at ease. Where are they now? Will they show their face? maniac 1
sage Posted June 22, 2021 Author Posted June 22, 2021 As i type this i am witnessing the most majestic 2 caressed to square bringing his match average to a stellar 56

Majestic Posted June 23, 2021 Posted June 23, 2021 How can Rohit's batting be majestic when majestic is in ICF. sarcastic and nevada 2
nevada Posted June 23, 2021 Posted June 23, 2021 Even I like Rohit but this is way OTP. He was awesome in the home series, scoring more runs in one innings than the entire English lineup. Here, he has shown good application and patience to exceed expectations, which, due to his weakness against swing were low to begin with. Let's hope he can get 1-2 hundreds against England from the confidence gained by these innings. raki05 1
