Got a whole stack of Amar Chithra Katha comics! Collected Tinkle Digest back in the day. 

 

Was also a big fan of Chacha Choudhary.

From back in the day:

 

I had a collection of Amar Chitra Kathas.  Neatly bound in the order they were released and everything.  I loved Bahadur, too!  Especially when I was like 13 - 16 y.o - I had a secret crush on Bela.

Man i used to have Champak comics back in late 90s. Do any of you have any champak comics or remember readin them?

Just bought a whole bunch of Amar Chitra Katha comics as well... 250 pack

 

Used to love Phantom, Mandrake, Bahadur comics as a kid. And Tinkle as well. As a kid used to have a daily/weekly(?) Subscription. Veg puff and a new comic.. Bliss!!! Used to make great company on train journeys too

Majnu - a laugh riot in Kannada again

Chandamama and Wisdom were school favs

And finally ACK, Anant Pai deserves a Bharat Ratna, without the knowledge gained by these comics based on historical chars. Our idea of India will be a dull and dreary loser one.

My son is busy casting some video of some weird block game he plays... And there appear to be jobless ppl to watch them. Can't relate to this gem and their idea of entertainment
