Watched Zimbabwe being defeated by Scotland yesterday and it's hard to see any Zimbabweans who deserve an IPL contract. Any would be bench warmers with young Indians a much better bet for the experience .

More the number of IPL teams, more will be the reliance on Indian Talent. Beyond a handful of countries, there is NOT much cricketing talent going around.  And the increase in teams would result in decrease in standards. That's inevitable.

Would need to allow 5 international cricketers in the 11 to provide more quality options to the teams

Quality is relative. Even current teams can improve by an additional foreign player like we saw with teams such as
