btw, any script-kiddie can fabricate the "evidence" that this gawwaar 'minister' is citing - The person who may have sent this email could be anywhere on the planet and use a bot to get this to appear as if it was sent from 'Mumbai'.  Its very easy.  So odds of "Agent Om Parkaash" being Indian, aren't that high to begin with.
