Ravi by far the best man manager for sure. He knows how to handle people. Interpersonal skills is top notch.

He is too raw atm. Not ready yet but surely if he keeps working, who knows. First his bowling has to get better,  Right now he cant make it as just a batsman, especially if he is playing as an opener. There are better options

He can easily play instead of pandya, particularly if pandya is not bowling

Hardik now is actually is disturbing the balance in lois,when he's not bowling and his batting has deteriorated in last 1 year ,i don't know why that foolish stance he thinks gives him a greater range when it has clearly limited whatever little he had

Iyer is an opener and too new need one more IPL season to make his case stronger,dont know how he will fare at 6/7

Iyer is not an opener, he is a lower order bat who has been forced to open here

Certainly has all the ingredients to be in the ODI setup, like the way he looks so assured and focused each innings. Much much better than the Paplus we have given chances so far, the likes of Krunal Pandya, Shivam Dube, Vijay Shankar Etc.

They both are very similar type of batsmen. Only difference is Iyer is getting to bat in PP in IPL.
