NZ - NO. 

 

Eng - 70% chance as they're likely to face NZ and then Pak in the final. 

 

Pak - 30% chance. They will face the average Australia in the semis and will face England in the finals. If NZ somehow makes it to the final, I'll give them 60% chance.
