Sachin has one of the best records in big matches and finals and won lots of big matches for us. He gave some of the best thrashing to pakistan in world cups

 

Do you really think sachin would have surrendered  againt afridi and rauf? He has thrashed an attack of akhtar, wasim and waqar in a world cup match

 

In fact sachin was MoM in 3 out of 5 world cups matches he had against pakistan, starting in 1992 as a 19 year old against a peak imran, wasim and mustaq ahmed,    including one quarter final and one semi final. In both other matches he contributed 40+, one in a low scoring game of 217. He went a long way in blunting their phast bowlers 

 

But i would really like to see which batsman in hsitory has chased 360 in in a world cup final 

 

You must have some screws lose to compare sachin with whats happening here.

Parting gift by Kohli-Shastri duo for the fans. Was always on the cards going by how satisfied our coach captain have been with their grand achievements.

 

Biggest irony is we beat the three semifinalists - NZ, Aus and England in our last away T20 series with them (our coach saahab thought those were great achievements). Kohli's comment after we got whitewashed in ODIs in NZ 2020 was we are focusing on T20s.

 

I hope we get a more hungry captain-coach duo who are willing to take us to the next level without indulging in hyperbole.

Yes no doubt Rohit has a bad record against most teams in T20s but my reply was to your "one inswinging ball" and "walking wicket" statements. No matter how much you deny, it's a fact that Rohit has dominated Pak bowlers in the last few years. Walking wickets don't usually do that.

Well at least that was a weakened NZ side we whitewashed. 

 

In 2019, we thrashed their full strength side 4-1 in NZ but went onto choke in the semi.

It was not a choke and we weren't favorites. Our T20 team is nothing to talk about. 2019 WC England were favourites. WTC, NZ were favourites because final was in their favored conditions. Only choke was 2017 CT.

no we could have won the WTC even when we were underprepared. We dint have practice games. not to mention kohli saying one off doesnt mean ****. Also not winning the toss. 

we deserved to win WTC. had rahane been captain and chosen the right personnel like he does, we would have won that game. 

 

2019 we were defintiely amongst the favourties. bumrah shami all were in form. shami wasnt picked for semis. kohli messed up selections again for middle order.
