vayuu1 Posted November 19, 2021 Posted November 19, 2021 (edited) Let players like Kishan,Shaw, gill, pant i mean players you consider t20 specialists to play in 3 leagues ,BBL ,english t20 league and CPL ,i mean we know not every player us picked in the squad so why not let them play in these leagues and improve we all saw how zak and ishan improved in counties,i believe tgis can actually help not just team but players overall game ,what say, sometime its bad to be rigid bcci has to let go of this. cricketfan28 Posted November 19, 2021 Posted November 19, 2021 Don't think it will help ..instead we can increase foreign players per team.
SK_IH Posted November 20, 2021 Posted November 20, 2021 Absolutely. The likes of Livingstone are even playing the T10 leagues & enhancing their limited overs cricket while we shield our cricketers for IPL where most of the damage is done by top 3 players & overseas stars. This nonsense has to stop & players should be allowed to play in leagues around the world, specifically batsmen. Indian women stars are playing & performing in The Hundred & WBBL, their game will enhance as a result. Sgattick10 and vayuu1 1 1
Adamant Posted November 20, 2021 Posted November 20, 2021 What? Why so much focus on t20 cricket? Australia didn't even care and they won one. Ipl is more than enough, let's focus on Tests and Odis. Adi_91 and express bowling 2

Because both t20 and ODIs have changed ,teams are moving forward, yet our approach to both is primitive, there is method to madness but if we refuse to address the issue, than whats the point of IPL .

Sean Bradley Posted November 20, 2021 Posted November 20, 2021 Why only T20 specialist, I think all Indian Players should be made available to play for other T20 leagues as a Fair Trade Policy. Lord 1
Majestic Posted November 21, 2021 Posted November 21, 2021 (edited) Gill? No. Shaw Kishan SKY Pant(c) H Pandya V Iyer Axar D Chahar Yuzi/Rahul C Siraj Bumrah Others - Harshal Patel, Avesh Khan, Natrajan, Shreyas, Gaekwad etc. Also, one player which is KL Rahul can keep coming and going. Let Kohli, Rohit, Shami, Ravi Jadeja play Tests and ODIs only. It helps in tests that these guys won't have to change/switch their style from one format to another every time.
