Changed the route due to bad weather and went by road so that another Bipin Rawat like crash dont happen.

Questions are:
1) Why was CM not present to greet Prime Minister?
2) Why CM refused to pick the phone call from Prime Minister?
3) Who leaked the news of PMs route to the protestors?

Bhaiya, stop rationalizing with people who don't want to think.Fact is that the state couldn't even provide a clear passage to PM and that is a huge embarrassment to the state and raises questions on the motives of ruling government and misled people.

To all the blind Modi haters- as I said in a democracy you can hate him as a member of the BJP party but every citizen and state government has the responsibility to honour the position of the PM of the country- Punjab gov and the games they are playing the name of politics and putting the PM at risk AND detoriating the situation of the state to polarise radicalized farmers and Sikhs to attack Hindus of Punjab for supporting BJP is a clear sign President's rule need to be implemented.

Oh yes, lets push Punjab back to dark days, just because Modi was stuck in traffic for 20 minutes due to some people protesting.

Why is it that when state governments have had a tussle with the central government on various issues (this is not something new and has been happening for eons), BJP supporters demonise the entire state? Examples - Kerala, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra and now Punjab. Pretty soon, Uttar Pradesh will be the only state remaining in India for these supporters.

Do you see only BJP/Congress in this ? It should be concern for all. This is unprecented when a PM was stranded on a freeway for 20 minutes to get a road cleared . That it happened with in 10 kms of Pakistan border. As usual, BJP will milk it, rather than take any concrete action. Don't know about others, but even is MMS or any other PM went through this would be of concern.

How come security team didn't have clue that road is blocked?

When did protestors start blocking the road?

1. Was it well before PM decided to change the route? In that case, agencies would have known.

2. Did they start blocking the road 1 hr before he reached there? Not sure how agencies are suppose to handle this scenario.

3. Did they gather just 5 mins before he started passing flyover?

When PM security was compromised in UP, did Yogi resign? Was entire UP demonised?

It happened in UP, it has been done by BJP supporters. But all those instances were acceptable or considered minor.

Narendra Modi's security lapse: A timeline of current and past breaches involving Indian PMs | India News | Zee News

Febuary 2019: An apparent security breach took place at Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s rally at Ashoknagar in North 24 Parganas, some 100-odd km from the city in West Bengal.

May 2018: A man claiming to be Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s fan managed to cause a big security breach by breaking through Special Protection Group’s security cover moments after the conclusion of the Visva-Bharati convocation

December 2017: SSP Love Kumar has suspended two policemen for the security lapse. The suspended policemen were sub Inspector Dilip Singh and police driver Jaipal. They were in the vehicle ahead to lead the prime minister's motorcade, PRO in the SSP's office Manish Saxena said. The two policemen took a wrong turn as a result of which the prime minister's cavalcade was caught in traffic for two minutes near Mahamaya Flyover, Noida. Traffic policemen then rushed and cleared the route for smooth passage. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had sought explanation from the officials about the security breach and sought a detailed report of lapse and action.

December 2014: Three policemen, including a police inspector and two constables, were found guilty on charges of negligence that led to the breach of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's security cover during the swearing-in ceremony of the new Maharashtra government on October 31. Former BJP activist Anil Mishra, 39, had managed to climb on to the podium, barely a few metres from Modi on October 31. After another BJP activist Sanjay Bedia brought the matter to the police’s attention, Mishra was arrested by the Marine Drive police and booked under sections 170 (impersonating as a public servant) and 447 (criminal trespass) of the Indian Penal Code on November 7.

Doesn't matter whether it was a joke.

Those questions which I posted are still valid.

Intentions of Punjab govt are obvious in this scenario. But still how did PM find himself in this scenario in first place?

Are we saying that central govt, agencies and protocol have a loophole allowing a breach in case state govt screws up intentionally/unintentionally?

There are a lot of more red flags here than earlier cases. Leaked routes by police after DGP cleared it. No officials greeting the PM and CM unreachable by PM.

So, some police were suspended in earlier cases, here Channi is found giving excuses and Sidhu and Congress are rejoicing the incident.

It's pattern emerging on social media for last 4-5 years.

Strategies against non-BJP states

1. Spreading false information about the non-BJP state.

2. Portraying state is doomed.

3. Undermining achievements of states.

4. Demonise people of the state.

5. Show how people of those state inferior.

6. Show how people of those states are lesser hindus.

All above methods are used when there isn't much wrong happening. If something goes wrong, then pretend as if there is no other option than crushing/punishing the state completely.

If these staggering numbers are not enough for you, is there anything left to even discuss?

7000 molestation cases??

Having said that yes online crowd is going way OTT in their criticism but it has been done by both the sides equally. Left are demonizing BJP ruled states almost everyday.

Let me tell you, if left have so much problem with Modi and Yogi, why dont they try and win the election? If they can do it in WB then they should be able to easily win across the country too.

In the Punjab situation, PMs convoy is ambushed and surprisingly, they had tractors and carts blocking the road such that there was no passage for convoy. Who does that? How cheap can opposition get?

So yes, WB, Punjab and Kerala will be demonized and I will do it myself. WB and Kerala for killing 100s of BJP/RSS workers. Mah and TN is just OTT reaction.

So basically baboons can come and desecrate the tricolor on red fort but not allowing modi to come to Punjab is all good..nice definition of democracy

OTT reactions to those hailing Kerala model for Covid handling while facts show it is the worst in terms of per-capita numbers. Best unesco CM campaigns to WB model of election conduct. Converse is true too, hailing BJP ruled states as hatred factories esp in foreign media has increased since 2014 200%

I think you should do research on how many women molestation cases happened in WB post election. My question to you is what is your threshold to tolerate this.

As for SM ranting, misinformation etc, pretty much everybody is doing it. I do not personally support misinformation, I never will. For me there is not party. Check foreign media campaign against BJP.

If "Khoon ki holi" and "Maut ka saudaagar" is jayaz then everything is jayaz. These phrases are coming from the top most leader in power back then.

Learn to take it if you want to give it to others.
