vvvslaxman Posted January 13, 2022 Posted January 13, 2022 Against India he takes a wicket every 5.2 overs. Against India A he took a wicket every 8.5 overs. vs India A vs India Sunil_narine024 1
Nikola Posted January 13, 2022 Posted January 13, 2022 You can't compare cause those matches were played on different pitches and maybe marco didn't play with same intensity. How ever i agree we need to move on from passengers in our side.
kohli Posted January 13, 2022 Posted January 13, 2022 Our medicore batsman made him good otherwise he is nothing special. vvvslaxman and LordPrabhzy 1 1

Decent players would have left it alone comfortably. Some of the dismissals were widish deliveries. Vihari made 3 fifties playing India A.
Vijy Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 jansen is a very good bowler, who was made to look even better by incompetent batters Real McCoy 1

WTF , atleast learn to appreciate talent,A 6'8 bowler clocking 145 kph can extract bounce of good length ,plus can maintain same intensity,he is a special talent only a fool will think he is nothing special,to me he is a far bigger find than that Peterson lad, agree our batting was abject but this guy is special talent. Lone Wolf Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 He will be a superstar for them.. Although he had no business having such a stellar series at 21 (genuine) years of age. We just provided him platform. This guy will be a serious talent in coming months. Lots of potential in batting. Kudos to their selectors for picking him.

vayuu1 Posted January 14, 2022 Posted January 14, 2022 Rabada Nortje Jansen Lungi That's a killer bowling line-up if they had de lange in this set-up this lineup will run riot in Sena, Peterson looked good then there is already talk of a u19 guy who give vibes of abdv,sa cricket is on up its good for wc , meanwhile we need to plan our transition,PuKoRa will go especially PuHane , ishant Umesh Shami will go after the end of this wtc cycle, with Mayank exposed thats 7 slots we need to find

First name is okay i suppose. Jason holder. 35 vs us. But he averages 20 against Pakistan Lord 1
vvvslaxman Posted January 14, 2022 Author Posted January 14, 2022 Mitchell johnson averages 36 against us :) So this trend started only recently then. Ever since trimurthi started the dream run. Vijy 1
AKane Posted January 15, 2022 Posted January 15, 2022 Jansen bowls around 138-140 kph from a 7 foot height. Despite a slight side arm action that is hard to handle. Looks very skinny and fragile though. Have to see how he lasts in test cricket..... Vijy 1
Real McCoy Posted January 15, 2022 Posted January 15, 2022 another bowler that succeeds against our "all star" batting line up but is bound to chase leather against better teams. This guy will be cannon fodder in Aus v Smith and Labuschange
