Pitch was always flat. When the ball reversed Starc took some wickets. Apart from those wickets most of the wickets were not due to nature of pitch. Just bad batting.  In the 2nd innings they were being circumspect upfront. Now cashing in. Australia is probably well aware of it. That is why they gave themselves enough overs.

Well done Pakistan. Babar and that newbie opener batted very well today. Aussies were bowling well throughout, and there was a period where both batsmen were edging/hitting many shots into the air, but they got through that period. Aussies didn’t get much reverse either. Tomorrow will be fun to watch

He does not struggle on green wickets. He has done well everywhere with dukes ball except wtc final where he was just back from injury.

I am gi ing you credit brah. The GOAT predictor said 1 0 pakistan winning the series. Not sure if you can win this test. I mean chasing 500 is unheard of. But yea the next match will be a turner I guess so pak should win. 

 

Pak did well. They regrouped and battled hard. Good job. Pakistan should not prepare such pattas though.

The real pressure starts when they start getting closer to that target and when they realize they actually have a chance of chasing it down. I guess around that 220-230 mark where the target begins to look less daunting.

You are over estimating the situation Pak is in. The match most likely will be over before tea. Cummins will be the difference tomorrow

Pakistan is too weak a side to handle tough batting conditions. Hence they roll out a flat deck and hope their average spinners make some impact. If Cummins had an able partner he would have notched his first Test 100.
