I am still worried about guys like Shaheen shah, Rauf smashing us all over in the end overs. Luckily we had assistance upfront.

Sloggers trash medium pace. Tailenders slog poor bowling from medium pacers. There was poor slow bowling from bhuvkumar in death.

This is like third time he was scared of bowling to lower order. Everyone has seen this Asif Ali. This guy would not qualify for 5th division cricket with his batting technique.  Tailenders. Just full and straight. No full tosses, no length balls. That is all he has to do. But still unable to execute.

1 over of Hardik at the death. Bowls a heavy length well.

not enough in death overs. Need yorkers and cutters

Would like to see stats by opposition. Used to be a big fan of Bhuvi, think he could have been utilized more in ODIs in the past but now he comes across to me a bowling version of Babar and Rizwan...bullies 2nd string teams and sides and often goes missing in important situations but has deceptively good numbers overall. Hope he proves me wrong and helps us do well in this WC.

I was talking more WCs...bilateral T20s are useless for me personally. Nobody really cares and teams including India rest a lot of their top players...only players who take bilateral t20s seriously are Babar and Rizwan.

However, just quickly checked the stats and you are right...Bhuvi does have good numbers like I said in my earlier post. In t20 wcs he has been quite economical but had never really picked wickets up front. The 2 wickets against Netherlands in the last match was the first time he picked up 2 wickets in a T20 wc game....

I am not saying we should drop Bhuvi at least not now for this WC but he has become a big liability when the ball doesnt do much. The 2 terrible Asia Cup 19th overs and the subsequent destruction at the hands of Aus at home were not nice..but anyway I do hope he performs well and helps us win.

in Wc he has just played 2 games against SENA

Avg 20

Eco 5.71

S.r 21

Pretty good , if ur eco is under 6 in t20 its already gold

About Asia cup , yea everyone will have bad series here and there. No one performs every day , he has been so good for entire year.  Rabada n nortje have been terrible throughout this yr for SA

He is weak physically so can't generate enough power to execute, his body is pretty feminine may be he has good flexibility etc so may be he should try some other sport like synchronised swimming etc

He needs to find a go to delivery against tailenders. An experienced bowler like him cannot struggle against lower order match after match. Dhoinis on his day can take him for a huge over.

He needs to retire and eat some protein bars.

He is showing why overall stats can be misleading and impact is important. Picked one tailender Afridi wicket against Pak, zero against SA. Both pitches paradise for fast bowlers at least with the new ball. You need wickets from new ball bowlers defending low scores. He has zero this tournament.

Rohit needs to throw the new ball to Arshdeep. Arsh isn’t as threatening with the older ball, & also needs to finish of Bhuvi before the 15th.
