It's as simple as it gets, we don't have good fast bowling talent, trundlers are useless but so are 140kph ordinary wayward bowlers. 

 

Just develop Umran and Kartik Tyagi, Siraj should have been there in squad even though he isn't that good in t20is 

 

 

So the only way forward for our bowling (LOI) is to get hammered for the next one year and hope that Umran and Kartik make it count.

People are rooting for Siraj only for t20. Why you are sneaking in others here. Avesh lol he has been hyped by jholadhari only. Prasidh was suggested for odi and not for t20. However looking at Avesh, Harshal and Bhuvi he would have done no worst and atleast he is tall fast.

Anyway @Adamant. Had TM and selectors would have little proactive after 21wc they should have chosen some young potential like Tyagi, Umran, Sen and others and tried to nurture them during useless biletral but they choose to stick with ttf rather.

Just hope that we win the toss and chase everytime. I trust our trundler brigade to go for 200+ runs every time.

Watched Him in Ashes....  Dude bowled his heart out & even commies said that he was very unlucky to not pick many wickets...  Got a 5 for in 5th test.   He was bowling too fast in multiple spells.   Express pace comes with injuries that's why it is rare..  But when it's on you have to just admire that.  No better sight in cricket.

if you are talking about Mark Wood..one should appreciate how often he gets injured and still comes back with full force..as if nothing changed..

on the contrary..some of our PHasst bowlers like Bhuvi Baba..reduce 5kph or zip every time they get injured..if he gets injured again..and ever makes a comeback..he will bowl leg spinners

Though Pandya has come back well with pace

When you have medium pacers that rely on conditions you just have to pray the ball does something. Once the opposition knows the pitch is flat, mentally they will be totally relaxed given the knowledge every bowler is hittable
