These are where the next-gen batsmen stand wrt to international 100s:

Shreyas: ODI, Test

Sky: T20

Pant: Test, ODI

Gill: ODI

Hardik: Test

Hooda: T20

Shaw: Test

Gill will get his Test hundred in the next year or so imo. Then it's about making the T20 team, which he should post this WC.

Shubman Gill if he gets his mind right he can be an all format player.  Jaiswal is another guy. Capable of applying himself in longer format. Also can play aggressively at the top.  Guys like Yash Dhull have to continue performing.

Pant, Gill, Shreyas in this order.

Shreyas Iyer will get a ton against SL/WI/BD/Zim in some random bilateral T20I (going to play a lot of those in next FTP)....for all his faults, he has hunger. Pant can throw it away on 99 with 5 overs left.

Don't rate Iyer but wish some of our more talented youngsters had his drive.

Good call very high chance of iyer as well , he already has test and ODI 100

in t20 the day he gets in early and has bowling to his liking wont be surprised

For that he needs to play 40-50 balls regularly in t20.

before that their is one more bsic requirement playing 3 formats

Currently only pant-iyer are doing it beyond that list , iyer has lost his place in t20s

Actually with Gill, a T20 hundred is unsure as he doesn't play well after 12-13 overs when we move to death overs and also has nervous ninties too.

When in the zone he can be destructive. But he is working more on consistency these days.

Pant

Very much possible. Maybe he will have an Andrew Symonds type breakthrough finally, like he did on ODI format.
