Ihsanullah, Flash in the pan or a new fast bowling sensation from Pakistan , only time will tell.

 

 

Playing only his second PSL game , he bowled the fastest spell in PSL's history and destroyed quite a solid Quetta Gladiator batting . He touched 150 km/h during his spell. This Pathan is tall , strong and has pace , possesses all the ingredient of a quality fast bowler in making of international class.

He looked good, has pace. Action reminds of Gull. Tall fast and accurate. 

But he was tested against 2nd line pak batters, hard to make any conclusive decisions . But has all the ingredients 

 

Not sure if he is one for test matches, all due to current mind set-up of PCB and Pak bowlers in general. Not so much emphasis on  Tests

Looks promising. Can be more lethal if he can get the ball to move relatively more off the pitch.

yeah, but T20 forces batsmen to take risks and play shots that they wouldn't normally.  Even in ODIs.  Saw brief highlights, is a tall guy, gets bounce.  Rest of it is hard to say on one spell of 2-3 overs.  Let's see how he goes in the rest of the games, and if he has the ability to bowl longer spells etc.

Agree, hard to make an opinion on the base of a 4 over spell in a domestic T20 match , looks promising and only time will tell whether he can make it to the next level anytime soon .

I like the pace of the ball he got Ifti chachu out with..however need to see more throughout the tournament..how he ends up..to make any conclusion..

Yeah he looks good but more importantly.. Has his own signature cringeworthy celebration already. That's a sure sign of potential

Reminds me of some other bowler....can't quite remember who? Some West Indian maybe?

Looks more of a ODI/ Tests style bowler who can hit the hard lengths and move the ball.

There is definitely something to work with. Has he come from FC system ?

Also, is he really 20 year old ? Looks more mature than that.

He looks wonderful, the bounce he was generating also was very good.

Raw potential is sky high. However, that was true for plenty of Pakistani bowlers before him . The ease with which he generates pace and bounce is quite something.
