If selecting SKY in Tests for his T20I form was bad, selectors have gone one step further to select Rahane in WTC squad for his 3-4 IPL innings. 

Indian Cricket at the moment is a circus. The clowns running it have no idea of formats.

Indian Cricket team has become a joke. They select players for test team based on Ipl performance and its the same players who are recycled without letting any younger players come in.

Bowling attack looks so washed up.  Even batting is devoid of any young talent. 

Extremely low expectations this time.  I hope they don't lose by a inns or best outcome rain saves the day & we get a joint trophy. 

 

Either way selectors BCCI won't take bold calls in next cycle starting in WI.

With no A tours for past year or so...  Ranji performances should be taken with a grain of salt.   Sarfaraz was barely able to touch the ball in IPL & when NZ A toured he was horrible. 

Only Int'l standard middle order batter we have right now is Patidar who is injured.
