Dravid went relatively on time.

Not really - he had 2 good series post 2007, 2 great(?) ones & the rest were dreadful.

took him out for 2 months +, and shutiya posters want him to be permanent LOI kaptaaan lolwa :hysterical:

all its takes is rahul straight drive n we will play without captain. Every players decides when to bowl and where to bowl. Everyone is their own captain.

I would support Rohit to play for now only if he doesn’t wear that stupid LA or NY Baseball caps which he and Virat have been wearing all these days and even sometime in India press conferences.  Kohli is doing the same.  In one video I saw Rohit wearing LA hat and in the other wearing Yankees.

Screw these stupid hats and stick to wearing Indian team practice at least in press conference.

This crap of superstars hanging on way beyond their play-by date has going on forever. Some exceptions are Gavaskar and ... .... ... I can't think of anyone else.

If Afridi could, he would unretire and play today. Asian players have a hard time letting go. Surprisingly, Sangakara left at his peak

Stuff like this makes me wonder if they are getting paid to do it through their sports management agencies.

Fair points. What I remember are his struggle to get to his 100th 100 and some random WI series inserted as a farewell or something.
