Popular Post goose Posted May 2, 2024 Popular Post Posted May 2, 2024 Tendulkar is my hero but my god his facebook posts make me want to kiil myself. Off the charts cringe with his wordplay just make it stop!!! Happy birthday, Brian Lara! Your impact on cricket has always been 'Lara-ger' than the countless records you've set. Enjoy your special day! Vk1, Gollum, coffee_rules and 10 others 13
Gollum Posted May 2, 2024 Posted May 2, 2024 (edited) His commentary in the Indo-Pak WC match made me want to kill myself. Great player but no personality, charm or insights. His autobiography is the dullest book ever written. Edited May 2, 2024 by Gollum Vijy, IndianRenegade and goose 1 2
coffee_rules Posted May 2, 2024 Posted May 2, 2024 Sehwag level lagta hain. Wasim Jaffer, Vaughan are more SM savvy
MumInd Posted May 2, 2024 Posted May 2, 2024 He has zero charisma or social skills.... keep him away from the mic..... Ranvir 1

kosingh Posted May 2, 2024 Posted May 2, 2024 Even if his communication style is boring, I wish he would at least speak his mind.
Chaos Posted May 2, 2024 Posted May 2, 2024 Tendu is god at playing his game. But he cannot be a coach or commentator. For some weird reason brain lara sounds like a woman and tendu mix of both guy n girl.
cricketfan28 Posted May 2, 2024 Posted May 2, 2024 It's okay people still follow him some might like it.

zaqw222222 Posted May 3, 2024 Posted May 3, 2024 I think he can be a good pre match or post match analyst but issue is that our broadcasters instead of using his knowledge to analyze the game, they will just start talking about nostalgia (WC 2011 win, desert storm) which we have heard numerous times. raki05, bouncers, BacktoCricaddict and 2 others 1 4

This. He has lot of knowledge they should use it for analysis. I am sure he can provide the best analysis. zaqw222222 and BacktoCricaddict 2

A Bollywood actor mentioned he predicted what a bowler might bowl when he was sitting in stands. He could use this for analysis and confirm with bowling percentages and strategies.

I don't think Tendu is interested in saying anything meaningful or insightful, even if he can do so. the reason is that such commentary will make someone or the other irritated/unhappy, and he's the type to try to avoid it at all costs, so that's why he will stick to inanities South_Paw 1
MumInd Posted May 15, 2024 Posted May 15, 2024 so cringe.... someone should ban him from all social media......

He has been known to make amazing predictions and analysis, even predicting exactly what the bowler is going to bowl and where the batsman will hit him before the ball is delivered. But he has zero charisma or personality. There is a reason Edison took all the laurels and money while Tesla died a pauper. You need communication skills and personality to market yourself.
