I still don't know why Venky was dropped. He looked good in a few games he played, and was a much better version of 3D Shankar. Our selectors and team management are really bad at recognizing talent.

And Rinku actually won a match while batting with Rohit where India were floundering at 60 odd for 4 and they both put up a 100+ partnership. I can't understand how useless Rohit and Dravid are at picking the right players. First Chahal, and now this!

If he doesn't contribute meaningfully with ball he should be rested. Parag would have been ideal as he is a gun fielder too. He plays fast bowling well. Too bad "ALL EYES ON ANANYA PANDEY" for him.
