1. Indian government should focus on building smaller sized athletics facilities in every corner of the country instead of a massive athletics village in A'bad

2. Stop chasing the hosting rights for 2036. There is ground level work to be done before. Build a culture first. China started investing in it 40-50 years ago. It won't just magically happen. 

3. Can't pretend to be the next superpower and suck at the games this badly.
