LordPrabhzy Posted March 3, 2025 Posted March 3, 2025 why the helll on this forum are defending Rohit and his fat belly- doesnt matter if the criticism has come from Congress or BJP who tf cares? He is fat, he is not a role model for a professional sport athlete, he should be setting an example. We are not in the 90s where cricketers could get away with being Ranatunga or Inzy Lone Wolf, raki05, putrevus and 3 others 2 1 3

Ultimate_Game Posted March 3, 2025 Posted March 3, 2025 Can't disagree with anything she said. Rohit is fat for a sportsperson and I doubt he can clear any fitness test. Plus he was a liability in BGT and derailed the series by showing up and destroying chemistry of the team. I'm surprised BCCI can actually find fault with anyone calling out Rohit's fitness. mesky11 Posted March 3, 2025 Posted March 3, 2025 Not just Rohit we have pant, Kuldeep and Rana with bellies, the T20 team is fit and athletic, Rohit does not set a good example. Ultimate_Game and raki05 1 1

Politicians should understand this. Our love for this team is based on emotions and is very conditional and contingent on performance. Should be, if it is not already. And @rangeelaraja and @maniac should really ponder on Rohit's gargantuous belly. Maybe look at a few videos of CWC 2019 to notice the difference. Edited March 3, 2025 by Chamsi Lord 1
BlueBee Posted March 3, 2025 Posted March 3, 2025 Yes he needs to improve his fitness (probably too late now), but body shaming should not be encouraged. There are other ways to get your point forward.

I vehemently oppose her attacking Rohit alone. Rohit maybe fat, but is performance is as good or bad as Kohli since 2020 or so. AshVin Posted March 4, 2025 Posted March 4, 2025 Never thought I'd support this Congressi Islamist but she's right here.
coffee_rules Posted March 4, 2025 Posted March 4, 2025 Rohit Sharma when asked if he knew who Shama Mohammed is…
Number Posted March 4, 2025 Posted March 4, 2025 A political party spokesperson makes a general comment on a player in her personal capacity. The opponents create an unnecessary furore over it. The media jumps in and makes it a national issue. We have got our priorities sorted. tweaker 1

To show physical fitness ? What is his track record as leader ( captain ) of his party ? lol…. Nice try try better…. Unfortunately nothing will matter. Dude first decide what topic you are replying to. When someone spoke about a sportsperson being fat your brought a politicians's fitness. Our leaders are all 65+, if fitness was the criteria none of them would be in power Second then randomly you are saying gym people are fitter, of course most gym people are way younger. I know you somehow want to make points based on party loyalties but at least those point should make sense. Edited March 4, 2025 by New guy Lord 1
