They might also get injured later on when the body matures if u bowl express. Plus regardless of injuries, need to manage workload. So it’s good to have multiple - Ashok Mayank Umran Kartik Gunroor. Gets flustered and gives up 2 boundaries, one due to a misfield. Scorecard bowling figures will say 2-0-15-0 but actually a lot better than that!!
