it was always expected with GT. Such weakness get exposed in pressure situations

 

On paper LSG, PBKs CSK seem more balanced

That was not out ball, clear evidence of ball touching the ground when catch was not fully completed , such catches will always be controversial depending up-on the which side or player you are follow

They won the IPL when they had Pandya and Miller down the order. Different team structures. Since Pandya and Miller departed and they became top heavy, they haven't won anything. Pandya and Miller helped them win quite a few matches that season but nobody is there now.

 

We don't have to measure anything coz we're seeing with this "top order or bust" approach.


That is part of auction dynamics. Every year there are changes to most teams. And major changes, with mega auctions 

 

IPL is about doing the best with what you have. Not crying over what you don’t. No team is perfect.

GT & KKR batting has been the worst advert for IPL and Indian cricket this year. 
 

Sundar, Tewatia, Rahane, Pandey all batting in the top 6 of these teams :facepalm:
