The messed up team selection has got us in this situation. What was the need to play 3 seamers including Pandya on a spinner-friendly pitch. We could've played additional batsman in place of Pandya and brought in Negi in place of Nehra.

Even with all the drubbings Dhoni received on overseas tours, he never learned a damn thing as a captain. What have we done wrong to put up with this useless joker?

Going by pottential:

1. Bongs have pottential to win atleast 1/3 game.

2. Pakis have pottential to win 2/3 games

3. Kiwis have pottential to win atleast 1/3 games

4. Aussies have pottential to win all 4 games.

So chance of India going next round is allmost next to impossible. World Cup is over for us unless we ensure Aussies arent upto pottential

Ind 3 wins - Pak, BD and Aus

Pak 2 wins - BD and NZ

NZ 2 wins - Ind and BD

Pakis will win against Aussies. Aussies will win against us. More likely its Pakistan and aussies who are through to semis.

Pakis will win against Aussies. Aussies will win against us. More likely its Pakistan and aussies who are through to semis.

India an Australia ill qualify to semifinals.

 

India will beat Bangla, australia and Pak..with big wins against Pak and bangla..

Australia will beat kiwi and bangla and even pak.

kiwi wud beat bangla and has beaten us already..kiwi got lucky to win against us..i am sure they wud loose to few countries and hence go out as expected.

Okay. Aus set to win. Stupid weather doesn't help. What are the scenarios now?

NZ wins so it means that Ind and OZ cannot win 3 games each 

Pak is yet unbeaten, while BD has 3 games in hand as well though its NRR is as bad as Ind's at the moment

Only possible scenario where India wins three games and still go out would be, Pakistan winning against both NZ and Aus, which is not impossible. Then if NZ beat Bang, NZ,  Pak and India would be having three win each. Then NRR comes into play. Hope we improve our NRR above one of these countries to be in safer side. 

Ideally, a thrashing of Pak needed on Saturday, to be in a assured position.

Today's win means that NZ are almost through to semifinals unless they lose to Bangladesh. I think they should make it.

Leaves only either India/Pak/Aus will go through. Means it is not all SC show this WT20. One SC team will most likely bow out unless NZ lose their remaining games.

If India doesn't get through, I'll root for NZ to win the WC.. 

They've been simply brilliant with their tactics, and are too good a team not to win a WC of any format yet.
