Lol you dumb idiots, this stadium is in khyber agency, this is basically Afridi tribe  heartland, it only makes sense to name a stadium after one of the sons of the soil.

Gotcha. It seems to be the same heartland that has AK47 totting suicide bombers every other cave. One of them Shahid's cousin came out with his Eid toy and was hunted down by Indian security forces in 2003  like many thousands from there.
