Can dinesh karthik replace Yuvi for the first match.

Not going by this innings , DK to me is easily the most talented batsmen in the country . The guy is a more rounded/versatile player than Virat . Hes our own Mr 360 and only his day can match AB in shot making . 

 

its such a pity that his international career never took off , have to be mentally extremely weak to screw up so badly in spite of being so talented . Hes disappointing me so often and never wanted him in the side , but the fan in me wants to believe this CT could be a turnaround .

Dhawan for all his flaws is a clutch player , Rohit is the exact opposite . I wudnt depend on him to score 1 run when the team actually is in need .

Just wait and watch. Rohit won't do much, Yuvraj will walk in at 4 and eventually it would be all on Dhawan and Kohli

And that's why I'm surprised when people call him "hack" or want him dropped. He's one of the very few players who actually show up in big tourneys. Did so in CT 2013 and in WC 2015. He would be one of the very few I expect to show up in CT along with Kohli.

DK is a tried and tested failure .. he might look good in 3/4 matches and he will be back to his usual crap..

Seriously !! I think he is potentially that good . Dont think its a big deal either .

Being able to score consistently is something else and DK definitely lacks that and some serious shortcomings in mental aspects , but I honestly dont see any flaws in his batting , hes as versatile as a batsmen can get .

I dont disagree , the chances are he will fail again . When he looks good , he looks really good ..thats all am saying !!

Thank god Yuvi wasn't well for these Warm Up Games. You can't take players out of form into the tournament just because they have done well 6 years ago. That guy and Rahane can lose games on their own.

Rohit is truly an xfactor....if Rohit fails and every one fails india will lose-obvious 

 

if Rohit fail and the rest perform- India will get a good score and still might win

 

if Rohit performs doesn't matter if the rest fail or perform-India will win hands down hence rightfully called the X factor.

 

on one hand we cry about players not having the. X factor and when we have one you want to drop him? Ridiculous
