The way Lankans whipped our bowlers, it wouldn't have been more obvious. To include both Bhuvi and Bumrah in a bowling attack, where spinners have been struggling, the message was obvious that we were looking to play it safe and try to restrict runs.

I was enjoying watching Badminton finals, where Srikanth has just won.

Keywords are Ashwin and Jadeja and not Bhuvi and Bumrah...

Bhuvi and Bumrah were/are needed in limited overs as they are by far our best death over bowlers, but how long will we continue ignoring taking wickets. 

 

Neither Ashwin nor Jadeja take very many wickets. We didn't include a legspinner in the squad and we didn't play either Umesh or Shami, who are our best wicket takers in ODIs.

Our fast bowlers are also not wicket taking including Shami and Umesh

I was watching Amir and Hasan Ali yesterday and I can definitely say that I have seen no Indian bowler bowling like them since Zaheer.

The moment they release ball from their hand you could sense that ball is going to do something. They move bowl in the air and off the pitch.

We badly need a fast bowling coach and that too world class bowling coach.

Also Ashwin should play only tests mainly due to his bowling and also his  fitness is very poor.
