What should India prefer against Bangladesh: Bat first or Chase

Chase. The only chance ban has of winning is chasing. They will fold under pressure when batting first. Recent wins have been through chasing only, for them.

If bat first, 330+ is a must. I don't care about comments that Bangla can't chase 300+ etc. We must do our part and acore 330ish total at least. 

 

If we bowl first, I want a similar performance like that against South Africa.

It's a 10.30 start so there will be some stickyness in the wicket .

Chase, when you are batting second, i always feel that got 10 batsman. When setting  a target, i start panicking when 4th wicket fell. Hardly lower order batsman change the game on their own like chasing

we chase better. I say chase. I can't deal with another 90 ish SR from sharma and then end up with 300 ish which BD is quite capable of chasing.

also Dhoni and kohli who are our chase masters will have a better idea about pacing the innings on the slow wickets if they know the target beforehand... 

I have no hopes on Rohit Sharma... If he scores even 30+ runs its a bonus... lucky day for us.
