Hyderabad and pune have become quite bad... I have lived there recently... Plus they don't even have the positives that delhi has...

Hyderabad and Kolkata are generally better than other cities.

Hyderabad used to be better... I have lived there for 5 years till 2011...i had gone again n it has become bad, aqi etc. Would  also confirm... Plus it has zero parks etc. No drinkable water, water shortage ,  bad food for a vegetarian..

Today Sangakkara, Dilshan and Jayawardene will be proud men. I can't forget how emotional my dad and mum were when I got my Masters degree, I can understand very well how the trio will feel today, after all every dad/guardian /mentor wants to see their children/mentee follow their footsteps.

You do realise that as a fast bowler , when bowling he will inhale lot more oxygen than normal and this will be inhaling the polluted air and liable to getting sick ?

Cut that crap mate.nothing happens in one day,if you inhale this air day in day out then it's a major issue

Why the * should they be forced to inhale that stuff even for one day ?It's not the Lankan players fault the level of pollution is above metric of hazardous level.

And no you can get sick with this level even if it's for one day considering the amount of running one has to do as an athlere.Just won't be long term .

It's BCCI fault for hosting the match in Delhi this time of the year.Lankans have every time show their displeasure.

Altleast not during winter when the smog concentrated at lower level...

But Delhiite Kohli is captain and his home ground will get regular matches... irrespective of hazardous pollution or not...
