Anyone else experiencing layout distortion on ICF

I am constantly seeing this where that options and react panel  is not in it's right position. 

 

Something is wrong.

No problems on my side.

Using Chrome on both PC and Phone.

It used to happen before but it's been fixed recently. Haven't seen it in a while.

Try clearing cookies of this site or even cache .

 

you will have to log in again but if it’s issue only you are facing then this should fix it temporarily .

Experiencing lot of layout distortions currently by using my laptop in Chrome.
Most of the times I access ICF using my smartphone & there hasn't been any problem, this is the first time.
