Also, making him captain doesnt even make any sense at this stage. I feel the pressure of leading from the front is taking its toll on him. He should not be batting higher than no 6 or 7. Suhaan Posted January 1, 2018 Share Posted January 1, 2018 My first feed back about Pant was quite good though I never saw his batting for a longer period.Everytime I expected an inning of substance from him I was left disappointed .In many forums I had seen fans talking about him as reincarnation of Sehwag but the guy is not helping his case ,here once again played a shot even the worst tailenders woulnt have played. With Kohli,Shastri there its impossible for him to knock at doors in near future.
