Buttler has way more impact than dhoni had. Buttler don't play for not outs. Today he got out in 2nd last ball of innings when he was on 150. Dhoni would have been not out in same situation to boost the avg.

Dhoni never showed he could play at a strike rate of 200 for more than 100 runs. He has never done that at intl level.He never had the range of someone like Buttler or Yuvi but was street smart at utilizing his strength to the max.

We are talking about an inning not avg.... rayadu avg is better than dhoni.. so you consider rayadu as better.

I dont need to i have seen both dhoni and buttler apart from tuk tuking he never played like butler even in his hey days.

Buttler has been playing unbelievable knocks consistently both in t20s and in ODIs since 2014. As England is having so many wonderful strikers of the ball,He is not getting any limelight as an individual. A good WC or not,He will end up as ATG keeper. Dhoni himself has done jack in 8-10 ICC tourneys he has played apart from one knock.

Butter is keeper not opening batsmen. Secondly the era of Sachin and buttler are quite different to be compared. Whereas dhoni still shameless stuck in the team hence the comparison.
