The only difference being , he is not a minor. Katy perry should have known better. She may be a star but that does not mean she is desirable to every person . Being kissed without desire or permission can be a vile experience. The guy is in America. He should sue her .What do the laws say about this in America? Harrassment ???? Definetely . The boy has to file a suit/complain it to law enforcement for it to be pursued, like how Weinstein case came about. If there are a lot of cases, then prosecution can lay charges on it's own based on suo moto action, as it did for Bill Cosby. But the boy is looking for a career in music, suing American Idol will get his nowhere. She being in a place of power in the music industry can hurt his chances. I think he got his 15 mins already. It was almost like bullying him into giving the kiss. Her kissing him like that was plain abuse.
