Being an important procurement, even a delay by few months could be costly to reinforce the air-force.  Supreme Court in the ruling today has agreed to reopen the case and hear the review pleas.

The IAF wanted a hundred new Mirages before Dassault shut down the production line and MMRCA happened. Hope we get more aircraft as reliable as the Mirage 2k that does the job & serves for decades with maintenance & upgrades.

Rafale is high end category fighter as compared to LCA (Light combat aircraft) or MCA (Medium OCmbat Aircraft). Doubt we would ahve used it for the range we where anyways targetting as Mirage could do the job. But yes, Rafale is critical to filll up squadrons with high end warplanes.

72 rafales plus 180 mirage is a good package provided we are given TOT

Don't think it's much of a setback as CAG has already cleared them beside the verdict will come much later.
