 Rahane has too many layers on or he has put on some muscle. It doesn't look that cold out there.

Pandya simply needs to improve his bowling,no matter how well he bats if he cant bat in the top 6 and score big,he needs to absolutely come up with wickets.At the moment he looks half baked in both disciplines,either he needs to get that bit better in both his disciplines or just concentrate on becoming a better bowler with occassional big ones with the bat,thats the only way i see him being in this team longer.

Pandya fought well today but got into a shell even with the old ball. Could hav scored 40 runs for the same balls faced. 

 

Dude averages freaking 29 in domestics and we give him a guaranteed slot.

Not a bad day's play . I think our batsmen ,Kohli and rahane, should have attacked the bowlers a bit more in the second session when there was only gentle movement . Woakes especially was bowling without any zip. Still, probably the best day of our tour so far.
