I think he started bowling with hard ball only 3 years or so. If he can build up further stamina wise would be great.

So if  he does use another 3-4 months time to get even more stronger and build stamina nothing like it as he is not selected now.

he should be provided all the help and managed well so that by Aus tour , he must in contention in playing X1. 

But don't drag this A team business for too long and kill him. He must be given a chance in  test vs WI - atleast one test

people should stop barking about Siraj selction ,he is nothing special either version of may be umesh .he just played against low qwality A teams thats it  .shami can rip through any batting line up in one spell, i knew he leaking some runs but its least worry , for next two match same team should play and thats the right combination for us .

Neither SA A nor England Lions were low quality A teams.

    One can understand if some one gets a fifer   6fer once . Fellow got 26 in 3 matches  while other pace bowlers were not even half .

Goodbye and thank you Vijay. Seems a bit unfair when rahane and pujara are given lots of opportunities but vjijay is dropped after one failure.  Still remember his fighting innings vs SA in 3rd test.

Exactly and the wickets of the best SA A players when they came here. He is an absolute must.

I agree with dropping Kuldeep though. You simply can't go at 5 an over without picking up wickets. Wrist spinners in tests are overrated unless they combine ripping turn and accuracy. Better to have finger spinners for control . But the lack of inclusion of Pacers is shocking.

I dont think this new selection committee would have got them without captains consent.

The plan seems to be to phase out Pujara and prob Dhawan too. Time for both of them to perform or go.

If they do not have anything of substance in next two tests its curtains.

 

Kl rahul will also be on notice.

 

Rahane still has time . If he fails in next two then mayank could come in as well and kl would be in rahanes place
