Handscomb and Renshaw looked like good newbies.

Renshaw is in the squad. I think he was injured in the warmup. Should replace one of the marsh brothers in that lineup. But their selectors blundered by not selecting Joe burns and Maxwell who were the best available shield batsmen. Instead they went with labuschagne . Spin cupboard is empty but their best fast bowler in shield also was not selected - Tremain. Awful really.

Both Marsh brothers gone for a duck. Had Sarfaraz & the bowlers been more assertive before tea, it would've been more disastrous for the Aussies.

Abbas once again proving he’s class. Imperious line & length.

Do you have any idea about the new left arm seamer  ?     I think his name is Hamza.  He has a very good FC average of 17.

What is his pace like  ?   Commentators were saying that he can swing the ball.

Mir Hamza?

From what I have seen of him he looked decent..though like you said, he does have a impressive domestic record. Not out & out quick but can swing the ball around.

Thanks for the info and videos.

He is tall and has a good outswinger. Good combination to have.

Super fight from Aus...

Not bad bowling from Pak but poor captaincy; went all defensive when there was no need and trying to attack when they got well settled... Also missed a plumb review earlier and now taken a review when khawaja was standing outside all 3 stumps (I just wonder if they even know the LBW rules)

Is he an Asif kind of a bowler who isn’t fast but accurate reminds me of him.

Yes, both are similar in terms of pace, line & length but diff in, Asif was more of seam bowler and Abbas is more a swing bowler...
