Virat along with Dhawan will win most of the matches , so it's an easy call .

Team 1 bowling looks nice but batting is dead with the corpse(middle) order

Team2 batting is good but bowling will loose them matches

Rohit is better captain and man manager than Virat so obviously he will be able to win even with bit weak team. Shami is very good ODI bowler but other than him there are very less wicket takers in Team B. You never know if Rohit is in form He might himself win 2 matches. Gill, Pant, Rahul & Both Pandyas are better than duds, dhonis and jaduds. To balance both team i will put Kuldeep in Team B and Chahal in Team A. 

 

Btw Team B has great batting for T20s & Team A good in bowling for t20s.

Team2 looks good on paper but these chuski players klpd, Agrawal,pant ,Hardik are unreliable batting collapse alway on card and their bowling ummm so easy win for team 1

Bumrah and Khaleel are Rohit's men... Bumrah has been most trusted henchman of Rohit for many seasons in IPL. 

Swap them with Yadav and Thakur and the teams are correctly placed. 

 

I will put my money on team 2 after my changes.
