Root has won all 3 tosses in SL, where as this guy is just pathetic. As the saying goes, luck favours the brave and Kohli is not a brave captain. 

 

One more demerit as to why we don't need him as a captain. SACK HIM.

People are bashing Kohli for a rained off match? Really? OK as a captain he is worse than Rohit. But this is just plain stupid.

 

His captaincy was poor in the 1st T20I when Bumrah didn't even get to bowl to Maxwell and Stoinis. Even yesterday, when rain was around, why on earth Khaleel bowled the 18th over.

 

He is the best batsman in the world today. But perhaps the worst captain among the top teams. (Williamson is best as far as I am concerned)

How so?  More often then not DLS have sCrewed team chasing. Atleast the matches I have seen. You can check most games in your memory.

You chase and win only when you *were ( not are) Kohli. Kohli has lost that mojo.

Right now only English team is one which can chase and win because even there number 9 and 10 can score a half century in limited overs.

For Indian side, You chase and win if you *are Rohit. Thats too much risk as there is no finisher at number 4 onwards. Now thats what is called assessing your strengths. But no. We will continue doing simplitic stupid stuff

See, I have made the point. I stand by those points with justification. But lets bury our head in sand and continue blaming Kohli ki kismat in IPL t20 odis test matches .

Ridiculous thread really !

I think the guy has plenty of flaws as a captain but he has won some important matches as well .the one against saf in CT was a virtual QF and saf were crusing at 120/2 something,kohli was spot on with his captaincy and bowling changes which made us comeback and win that match in style .

Won the odi,t20 decider against nzl last year(really close ones) ,smashed saf 5-1 ,smashed Australia 4-1 ,won t20 decider against saf and England

Yeah lol . The guy has won U19 wc,50 over WC,CT,test mace twice .any player would die to have such resume and here we have folks calling him panauti ,non winner
