If we look at the team ... first captain,  then vice captain ...  then the rest of the team in batting order.

Why is Vihari asked to open ? He is a middle order batsman ffs. He was looking solid and composed in some of his innings. If he fails, this is going to completely wreck his confidence. You can trust team management to screw a talented guy's career.

Good strategy by team management to open with Vihari & accommodate Rohit Sharma in the squad.

 

Vihari will be dropped from the squad when Prithwi Shaw's return from injury.

I don't think he'll be much succesful either because he's simply not good outside india.
But it is still a gamble worth taking TBVF

At The end , Rohit is someone whom I see being useless and disturbing the team balance..
Both HaPa and Rohit are useless but atleast HaPa can bowl.

Bhuvi is anyday better than Pandya in test cricket so if anyone i would have played him but idk if he is fit. Bhuvi can bowl with new ball and give you extra 30 - 40 runs as well. Pandya has just played 1 match in last 3 months so idk about his form & match practice.
