Shami isnt good in t20s and i dnt think at this point he is on radar, Chahar is ahead of him. If these young bowlers keep failing then they ll go to shami

I would pick Kuldeep, Chahal both for the world T20.

 

Current team bowling unti is not acceptable for internationals.. 

Kuldeep can crumble when hit - he doesn't have T20 stuff or the heart.  Chahal is a must, 2nd spinner has to be a gun wicket-taker offspinner like Ashwin, or these guys who can bat a bit - Sundar etc.

If you want a lefthanded opener, have Rishabh open.  Pant, Rohit, Virat, Shreyas, Hardik, Krunal, Dube, Sundar.  That's a power packed batting lineup that can give you 10+ overs of bowling as well. Add Chahal, Bumrah and another pure bowler to this.  There's your strongest XI.
