We got 240 here.. it was an aberration.. not always we will end up getting 240.. however if we had ended up getting 180-200 (wiz we will get onto more often) then seriously we could hv lost this game for good.. with this innocuous bowling.. our only hope is a fit & inform bumrah.. rest all don't inspire any confidence.

On this pitch and boundaries against such line up, the effort is good enough. The grounds in australia would be bigger and ind will be at advantage.

Yup. While the batting was awesome, we need to have a good bowling unit too. This phatichar bowling puts extra pressure on the batsmen to score more runs.

I am not at all pleased with this bowling lineup.I would play only Kuldeep and Shami .They need to find one fast bowler to supplement Bumrah. Chahar has done nothing wrong but don't know he is long term answer.

In T20 any bowler can go for runs. But we need someone who is mentally strong and even under attack.  It is an unforgiving format for bowlers.

West Indies today didn't had services of evin lewis owning to that injury.. he was the chief tormenter upfront in previous game..

Even in Australia pitches will be flat as road.. & boundary rope certainly will come inside for a fair degree.. so that variable will be same for all teams equally.. however this bowling line up sans bumrah don't invoke any confidence of defending any score below 200.

Still defending a total in Oz is relatively easier, unless of course there's massive dew. The bounce helps bowlers against some of the rising shots, hit on the up, & most cross batted shots provided they're not bowling half trackers. The extra bounce also helps spinners a lot. In places like the MCG ropes pulled in would still be 20-30m further than pea sized grounds like Kotla or Wankede!

Same as my view. The only threat in aus for us would be aus and eng. I think we should play bhuvaneswer shami bumrah with pandya, keep up a slip throughout powerplay and look for wickets.

We have to desperately look at Shreyas Gopal. He is perfect for this format, much quicker and flatter through the air and very smart as well. Spinners who flight the ball too much might pick you wickets but they also are at a greater risk of getting smashed.

Plus his flipper is terrific and can bat and field as well. Would tick a lot of boxes.
