SK_IH Posted January 19, 2020 Posted January 19, 2020 Wtf, Joe Root has taken 4 cheap wkts. SA is dead and buried it seems.
The Realist Posted January 19, 2020 Posted January 19, 2020 SA cricket on its last legs. Desperately lacking new talent.

putrevus Posted January 19, 2020 Posted January 19, 2020 People were laughing when I said England was a very good team.India might not have won in England or SA but they were very good in both series. They will win more matches than they will lose if they keep doing same and have some luck in crucial moments.

Likes of Aus, Eng and heck even Srilanka have won their last series in SA, they are that weak. Whereas India royally lost to them only because team management decided even a 3 day warmup match was not required and scr*wed up with team selections. Suhaan and Jimmy Cliff 1 1
Suhaan Posted January 19, 2020 Posted January 19, 2020 Some species wander thread to thread to defend Kohli in any way possible Jimmy Cliff 1

AB played both against Australia and India. He is not playing here nor played during SL series. He was the difference between SA win and loss in both series. They were 13/3 in first test first innings and again 2/2 in second innings in second test in Indian series but Indian bowlers found AB. SA never respected that guy and are now facing the reality on how great player he really is and how much impact a great player can have on the team. You put ABDV in both series , SA wins both of them.He gives other players that confidence which allows them to perform without pressure. India had so much practice in England, what did they do, chasing is hard in 4th innings , Indian lost most tosses in both series. You need some luck too.
adi B Posted January 19, 2020 Posted January 19, 2020 Saf cricket is in such a pathetic shape ,its a shame .They need a structural overhaul in the system and at least a couple of seasons to gel a proper side . This side looks one dimensional and too much reliant on pitch . For the last game ,saf's only hope is to prepare a green top and make it a lottery test
Ankit_sharma03 Posted January 19, 2020 Posted January 19, 2020 Credit to england for showing faith in youngsters on away tour - crawely, sibley, pope, bess these players have hardly played 5 test
Kothili Posted January 20, 2020 Posted January 20, 2020 (edited) Van dDussen must be the worst player of spin. Prodding to Joe Root of all bowlers. Edited January 20, 2020 by Kothili

Stan AF Posted January 25, 2020 Posted January 25, 2020 Good Lord. A 10th wicket partnership of 78 runs in just 8 overs. This is just rubbing molagai into SA's wounds. 396/9 now. England are winning this without a fuss. express bowling 1
ssurenn Posted January 25, 2020 Author Posted January 25, 2020 A tenth wicket stand of 82 between Mark Wood and Stuart Broad has changed the complexion
putrevus Posted January 25, 2020 Posted January 25, 2020 What is happening to SA.Their team really is bad, they seem to lack any direction.
ssurenn Posted January 25, 2020 Author Posted January 25, 2020 Test cricket these days is simple!! Whoever bats first wins the game. Stan AF 1
