Another decapitation, this time one of the victims is a 70 yo woman (churchgoer), the caretaker of the Basilica also met the same fate. At least 1 more innocent person hacked to death. Few more critical, hope death toll doesn't rise. Simultaneous attacks by a few more bstards nearby and other places in France.

But but but Islamophobia. Time to let another 15 million refugees enter Western Europe. Citizens of those countries are so screwed!!!!!!

Libbus and PCness as much to blame as jihadis and radical Islam is the greatest threat humanity faces.

What India has been facing for 70+ years (and dharmics for over 1000 yrs), West is getting a taste of it now albeit minor scale. If peaceful Hindus, Jains, Buddhist monks (Myanmar) find it difficult to co-exist with followers of Prophet Muhammad one can imagine the extent of provocation. Still libbus will blame the victims and shield jihadi aggressors.

If the world doesn't realize that Islam is a cancer even after what's happening in France, non-Muslims can only blame themselves for what'll happen in the future.

It's extremely easy to contain this cancer from spreading. Crackdown on the radicals in the country and stop immigration from Islamic nations and the Islamic world will collapse with internal fights.

Immigration to Europe and US gives these Jihadis a lifeline which they'd never have if they stayed back in their Islamic shitholes.

Mahathir is responsible for demolishing 1000s of Hindu and Buddhist places of worship in Malaysia. Something like 2 temples per weekend when he was in power. Just showing his colors. Malaysia is hell for minorities, and it is supposed to be one of the more progressive Islamic states.

malaysia has systemic racism and discrimination in laws against non-malays, primary victims of these laws are those Malaysians of Indian descent who had migrated there during british times.

People in malaysia/singapore look at Indians like servants, their perception is similar to what mexicans and central american folks in the US with limited language skills.  The prejudice is quite overt.

I have faced it personally in Singapore, when we visit family there. Very subtle racism, they serve Malay/Chinese looking people before you. They don't greet/smile at Indians in coffee-shops etc. but are friendly to whites. Family living there have pointed it many times, have developed a thick-skin for ther attitude. Ethnic Tamils in Malaysia are subjected to similar attitudes of Mexicans in USA.  Most of them are cab drivers, bus drivers and janitors.

Church bells all across France will be tolling at 3 PM. France security level raised to "Urgent".

Allmost every correspondent and analyst is identifying that root cause is radicalization of average Muslim people by influential clerics. Society of France is definitely polarised. French colleagues I know, they are generally no nonsense, in your face non diplomatic type. hey are angry. Very Angry

That's true for many countries. The white have it first and better.

Also, we foolishly brand ourselves as "South Asians", "Desis" instead of an Indian identity. No Chinese groups itself with Koreans. So, some fault lies ourselves, as we do bad rep unnecessarily overseas.

While I agree that the "South Asian" identity trope is often used as a device to attack and denigrate India, the reality is that regardless of modern boundaries of nation-states, the subcontinent does have a shared cultural heritage and identity.  We cannot have it both ways.  And when you are a minority away from home, being inclusive towards other minorities, especially those who are closer to you culturally, is a no-brainer.

No, it doesn't. Our neighbors are founded on religious bases, and will deny their heritage and history. Then, overseas, there are some Pakistanis who may call themselves Indians. But no Indian will do such, yet we group ourselves together. There is no concept of "East Asian", yet we created a mess with "South Asian" identity.
