The problem with India is- in first innings they don't know what above par score would be. If its a belter where 215-220 could be chased due to the mood of our top-3 & their love of sticking to the crease we settle with 190-200, which is exactly what happened in 2016 SF Vs WI at Mumbai.

And in second innings- if we are in for a big chase in pressure situation like WT20 KO we go with the same approach, lose few wickets someone tries to hold the other end till the RRR becomes almost out of hand & we fall short again.

I simply cannot fathom how during a chase of 200 odd, we are 48/0 after powerplay & absolutely satisfied with it. This approach may fetch a win a few times in bilaterals but definitely isn't in WT20s unless you've got a Russell or Braithwaite in your ranks blessed with monstrous power hitting.

Kohli has lost it as far as hitting ability is concerned. I doubt we will see a 20 ball 50 from him even if we are chasing 220. It is highly frustrating to watch this team play outdated cricket and re-enact RCB style disasters.

How can you win a match when samson rahul iyer score total 10 in a chase of 186. Its freaking three top batsman. India were only 12 runs short basically 2 -3 boundaries itself is a wonder. On top of it sundar gave 5 wides and gave a boundary slipping.

An absolute find in this tour for us, a left armer who bowls with good accuracy is gold. Performed really well compared to his colleagues. He definitely is so so much better than other options like Unadkat or Khaleel. Hope he keeps performing well & takes care of his fitness.

i guess opposition figured rahul's weakness against spin so targeting with spin at the start.. same spin problems with samson also.
