Vickydev
Goa beating Rajasthan now while Puducherry hammering Mumbai. After Assam's exploits, atleast in T20s the gaps seem to be quite small among these sides. Very very important for domestic cricket seeing as we have so many teams. Link to comment

deepdynamo
Devdutt Paddikal is ready for India - looks like an all format player. Perfect replacement for Dhawan. Abdul Samad, Riyan Parag, Abishek Sharma - all looks ready for International T20s with their all round abilities. Prabsimran Singh and Avi Barot looks like next potential x- factor players. Ishan Porel also looks ready for the next level graduation. He is already top rated India A bowler and next in line after Saini and Siraj are graduated. Sai Kishor and Ravi Bishoni are best young short format spinners in India at the moment. tweaker and Legendary_Bhakt 1 1 Link to comment

Hojoborolo
Odisha finally got on the board, beating Assam (who themselves have beaten Hyderabad, among others * cough *). Would have been a shame if the state that gave us the likes of Debashish Mohanty, SS Das (who made it to the tinational team), Natraj Behera, Biplab Samantray, Basant Mohanty (important members of *the* goldenDuleep trophy winning side; sorry if there is some recency bias, feel free to add your own to the list) to name a few, had gone home empty-handed ... When padikkal gets in the team, ppl here are gonna complain about his t20 sr same way they talk about dhawan. Padikkal plays a lot of 40 ball 46 runs kinds innings. We need more explosive players. Dhawan has a career T20 SR of 125, Paddikal is at 146. Also, Dhawan started getting criticised only after a run of 4-5 years in the T20 squad and after batting at SR of 110-115 regularly at the age of 33-34. raki05 1 Link to comment
Mosher
Porel has been very impressive. His pace seems to be up. Moving the ball off the seam both ways and gets good bounce and is pretty accurate. Has a knack for picking wickets. Good prospect. Read somewhere that Bharath Arun has taken a real liking for Porel and he would have probably made his debut if he was still in Australia. Gollum
Bengal lost to TN, sad but expected. Tbh along with Karnataka, TN is set to dominate domestic cricket in shorter formats. To think that they are missing the services of R Ashwin, Varun C, Nattu, Sundar and still going strong. They already have Warrier and M Ashwin, at full strength that is a kickass bowling unit. TNPL ka kamaal @maniac @Ankit_sharma03, I think very soon we will have 3-5 regulars from TN in Indian T20 team. Edited January 18, 2021 by Gollum maniac 1 Link to comment

Gollum
Brisbane weather is clear now. Rain completely stopped more than a couple of hour ago, forecast for rest of the day clear. I guess enough time for groundmen to start on time. 90+ overs coming up Link to comment

He is so damn accurate and gets superb bounce from a length. He is unplayable when on song. He made a mockery of KL Rahul in the Ranji semis last year, made him play and miss lots, until he finally gave up. Top bowler. Mosher 1 Link to comment
