I think he is a good player who never has had IPL success. MI is a good team for him, they would expect more batting than bowling from him, which Neesham prefers.

 Mike Hesson was supposed to be a very good strategist.. looks like its more PR than substance.. when coach's role is so crucial in T20s why would you select someone like Vettori, Katich with no proven credentials.

RCB team management including the captain is the worst one can get. They got rid of KL and retained Sarfaraz and then kicked out Sarfaraz without backing him up. Now both are strong performers for Punjab. 

 

Ohh, before I forget, I just recalled they did the same with Mayank and guess what Mayank is one of the top performers now and plays for again Punjab.

not sure how much Hesson is responsible for that. Its obvious that certain captain likes his coaches to be spineless noobs
