Sindhu's H2H stats are deceiving. Too many of those losses in meaningless matches. Only 2 players I think really have an edge over her: Tai, Marin.

Apart from kaur who qualified second  totally disappointing day for india.

 

Sindhu loss koi nai. She tried her best.

See China these days in Swimming & those diving events.  They are too good.

Right from the start I felt that Sindhu wasn't playing well, despite the straight set wins.

Gotta admire China's progress in Olympics, imagine if they had athletes from Taipei and HK just like GB, they would have been much better and won every single Olympics

She is the greatest talent in the history of women's badminton, as I said earlier she is like female badminton version of peak Federer. Marin is like Nadal. 

 

Has weaknesses, sometimes she tries difficult, high risk shots instead of playing normally. Tries to put on a show instead of being clinical, hope that doesn't cost her in the final. She deserves gold.

Yes..she lost her last 3 matches against the Japanese but beat her quite comfortably in the QF.

More like nole. Nole is the greatest. Marin could be Federer.

pre partition india would get same number of medals as current day india - cause the other south asian countries dont even win medals.
